Delegates will be required to Lead TWO Six Sigma Projects. This is supported by 2 days of reviewing and coaching on a consultancy basis. This is a mandatory element of the Black Belt programme. The projects must be real business projects and the delegate should be leading the project. The projects can be DMAIC or DMADV in  approach. The evaluation process will be organised as either written or oral toll gate reviews for each of the five phases.
