Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), is a 2 day course and is an optional element of the Black Belt programme.  DFSS puts the focus on design and it strives to “do things right first time”. This means achieving absolute excellence in design, be it a product, a manufacturing, service or business process. Achieving this excellence shouldn’t be isolated but consistently applied so that Customers expectations are always meet. This programme is complemented by the Quality Function Deployment and Inventive Problem Solving courses.
