Design Of Experiments (DOE) is a 2 day course and is an optional element of the Black Belt programme.  DOE is a structured approach to observing how the output of a process is affected by specific changes that we make in the settings of the process inputs. This is a very powerful tool for Six Sigma practitioners to help in comparing a number of options and defining the optimal settings. This course provides an understanding of the different experimental approaches that can be used and how they can be used to assess both the main effects of the variables and the interaction effects of the variables.
