Leading Six Sigma Teams

Introduction

Why do many Six Sigma projects fail to deliver the break through in performance that the methodology promises? It is nothing to do with the Six Sigma model or the technical and statistical tools — it’s the soft side of team skills, communications and handling internal politics that let Green and Black Belts down. Getting and keeping the team motivated, getting cooperation from stakeholders, getting buy-in from process owners are just some of the challenges that a Six Sigma Team Leader faces. This course is aimed at giving Green and Black Belts the understanding and skills necessary to lead Six Sigma teams to successful completion.

“Having excellent technical skills and the best technical solution is not enough to ensure successful completion of your Six Sigma project, you also need team leading skills"
