Inventive Problem Solving, is a 2 day course and is an optional element of the Black Belt programme. A 20,000 fold improvement is required to advance from a sigma level of 3 to 6. A lot of innovation is therefore required to make the necessary improvements. This course primarily focuses on the use of TRIZ but also covers innovative approaches by De Bono and others. The course will provide you with an understanding of a number of techniques and how the can be applied to achieve breakthrough process and/or product/service improvement.
