Introduction

Business processes are the production lines of the new economy. When they fail us, our products and services fail our customers, and our business fails its owners. The more businesses change, the more businesses must concern themselves with their stakeholder relationships and the management of their processes so that organisation designs and technologies have a common business purpose.

“To improve is to change. To be perfect is to change often.”

Winston Churchill
