Six Sigma is a management
philosophy so its appropriate that the training should start with
management. This 3 day training workshop is the first critical
element in a strategic deployment of Six Sigma. It is split into two
parts, during the first two days the various elements of the
strategy are developed. The management team then spends 4 to 6 weeks
verifying their assumptions and collecting data on actual process
performance. The final day reviews the performance data, verifies
the strategy and chooses the initial Six Sigma projects and
champions. |
