Six Sigma Workshops

The deployment of Lean Six Sigma in an organisation requires a Six Strategy to be developed and a Change Management approach and plan needs to be developed to drive the implementation. The training workshops we provide are aimed in the first instance at the management team so that start to understand more about Six Sigma but also work on a number of real deliverables for their organisation. The elements of the workshops will usually be spaced out so that real business data can be collected and analysed. The three programmes are (click link for more details):

	Six Sigma Strategy (3 days) - formulates a Six Sigma strategy for the organisation, and identifies initial projects and champions based an analysis of your performance in critical value adding processes.
	Six Sigma Change Management (2days) - focuses on making the case for change, assessing the impact on the stakeholders, and developing change and communication strategies and plans to ensure the change programmes are meet.
	Six Sigma Team Training (10 days) - focused on understanding and applying the Define Measure Analyse Improve and Control model which is the foundation of most Six Sigma projects.

The aim of these workshops is to ensure the best possible start for your management and staff in implementing Six Sigma.
